August Motors Dream Rally
A Celebration of Hope, Community and Connection

The Dakota Foundation for Bipolar Awareness is excited to take part in the 2026 Okanagan Dream Rally on Saturday, July 25, 2026, in downtown Kelowna.
The Okanagan Dream Rally is a charity event that pairs children and youth facing medical or life challenges with volunteer drivers for an unforgettable ride in some of the world’s most remarkable dream cars. More than 200 vehicles will travel from downtown Kelowna through West Kelowna to Peachland and back, bringing thousands of spectators together to cheer on the rally’s young “Co-Pilots.”
The event has raised more than $4.7 million for charity to date. This year’s rally will support Ronald McDonald House BC & Yukon and JoeAnna’s House, owned and operated by the KGH Foundation—two organizations that help families remain close to their loved ones during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Visit the Dakota Foundation Booth
The Dakota Foundation will be joining the community in the vendor area near Prospera Place. We invite you to stop by our booth, meet members of our team and learn more about our work to increase understanding of bipolar disorder, encourage earlier detection and stronger treatment pathways, support individuals and families, and reduce stigma.
The spirit of the Okanagan Dream Rally reflects something we believe deeply: meaningful change begins when a community comes together with compassion, hope and a shared commitment to helping others.
Whether you are attending for the incredible cars, cheering on the Co-Pilots or connecting with local organizations, we would love to meet you. Please stop by the Dakota Foundation booth and say hello!

About the Dakota Foundation for Bipolar Awareness
The Dakota Foundation was established to honour Dakota Millen and her short but impactful life. We strive to be a catalyst for bipolar awareness and the broader mental health conversation by supporting earlier detection, stronger treatment pathways, family involvement and stigma reduction. By turning pain into purpose, we hope to bring greater understanding, resources and hope to individuals and families across our community.
